What is the cost of shipping?

For all orders equal and above INR 499 shipping is done for Free of Cost. A shipping charge of INR 99 is applicable for all order under INR 499.

 How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Orders in India, we aim to ship all our order within 48-72 working hours from the time of receipt of an order. Once shipped, are typically delivered in 1-4 working days in metros, and 4-7 working days for the rest of India. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

 What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

 My order has been shipped. Can I track it?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

 I received a broken product?

Missing/Broken item verification and can only be approved upon receiving an unboxing video.
